The path to good health is the first step:
The path to a healthy journey begins with a single step filled with a wealth of good information and willful execution. Taking steps toward good health open the doors to a mansion of happiness and a world of wellbeing. Step into the knowledge of what you want, the knowing of how you feel, look, and of who you are. Move into the understanding and perception of your feelings about self. Know how you are treating you and be true to yourself. If you can enter this space of the inner self, shining a light on the hidden areas of you and embrace all that you are and want to be, then you are well on your way to the greatest of health.,
Moving from self-examination to the execution and implementation of good health practice, starting with the two most important steps.
- Cleansing; of the colon and gut:
Cleansing is the single most important step toward a good foundation of health. Consider this simple fact. You would never move into a new home that is unclean. Imagine for years putting garbage into bins and never cleaning it; or consider the oil filter, or the air filter in your car. All must be clean. Tha same with your body.
How to cleanse: The best way to cleanse is to use natural herbs, such as Sena, Psyllium husk, and Marshmellow root. There are many other products available, but I recommend natural herbs, as the only side effects are that they give the body missing nutrients.
A) Start one week before, by minimising your intake of food, eat vegetables, like okra as well leafy greens, stop the consumption of flour and meats. To begin your cleanse.: Make a decoction/tea of the herbs mentioned above; drink substantial amounts of water prior to. 20 minutes before bed, drink the beverages, make sure you have 8 hours of sleep, giving the formula the needed time to work. If you have never done a cleanse before or have not done so in a long time, you may need to repeat this process in one week time, while paying close attention to your food intake. Again it’s critical to drink plenty of water so that you won’t experience belly cramps and to aid better in flushing the system. B) Doing a colonic cleanse is also a necessary part of your cleansing. For this, you need a colonic irrigation kit. I will discuss the process of doing this aspect of cleansing when I talk about fasting.
Fasting is the next most important step in moving on the path of abundant health. It is a way of cleaning the body from a cellular level. Fasting allows the body to regenerate and to rebuild broken cell structure due to excessive work. Particularly important in today’s world as our bodies are constantly assaulted with pollution and stress of all kinds. So, every so often we need to give our hard working bodies a rest so that it may maximise its real potential. I recommend fasting three times each year, so every four months or so. This will keep the body very healthy and wealthily youthful. Be sure that during your fasting period you minimize physical activities. You will naturally feel energized after your body adjust to the fast, but it’s important to take it easy in the first 24 – 48 hours.if you are doing an extended fast.
How to fast: As with a cleanse, it’s important to move gradually into it. Start a week or two before, by reducing food intake. There are many ways to fast. Some fast consist of juices, alone for several days, others are with herbal teas and some, nothing by mouth for several days or even weeks (Those are not recommended here and are for the very advanced and who are doing it for deeper spiritual reasons.) For our purpose, we will start with the simple fast. We recommend the minimum of 24 hours if you are a complete beginner. However if you have tried fasting before, you can easily go for two days and more.
Cleansing fast 1: two days or more
You will need:
One liter of Water: ( 34 FL OZ ) Real maple syrup; two tablespoons, Cayan pepper; One lemon;. Combine all ingredients, Use maple syrup to sweeten to taste, keep it on the less sweet side. Sip as needed throughout the day or days.
Cleansing fast 2 two days or more:
You will need
Two whole beets: ( 68 FL OZ ) Spring water or well-filtered water Real maple syrup.
Juice, using a blender or juicer make one litter by adding spring water or filtered water, to the beet juice. You may use one or two tablespoons of real maple syrup sip throughout the day whenever needed. On day two make a juices of fruits and vegetables mixed, drink water, continue as long as you want. Do not exceed five days.Especially if you are new to fasting and you are within the first year. ( Please consult your doctors if you under continuous care before starting any fast )
At the end of your fast, you must do a colon cleanse: It’s important to break the fast gradually. On the first day of breaking fast, make a veggie broth with onions add a protein like fish or chicken, (no pork). Have only the broth. Do this in the afternoon, By evening you may eat some of the veggies, you may be tempted to eat more, but you must refrain. Start the following day by eating what you like, but very little, build gradually.
Using your cleansing kit. ( See figure below ) Fill the bag with warm water, adding one tablespoon of sea salt. On your knees allow the water to seep into the body ignore the urge to go, this will subside quickly. Stay in that position as long as possible, then stand up and walk around until the urge is great to go, and then do so. Sit until finished. Repeat this process in ten minutes. Be sure to take probiotics the next time you have a meal.
